More information about international traineeship opportunities is available on the UniAdrion website.

Application Guidelines

Students are responsible for finding a suitable company, institution, or organisation where they will complete their Erasmus+ Traineeship.

As a general rule, applications for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility should be submitted at least two months before the planned start of the Mobility period. Before applying, students must have a signed Learning Agreement for Traineeships (Annex 1 – Training Programme).

We recommend starting the application process only after you have prepared all the required information and supporting documents.

After Submission

Submitted applications can be reviewed in the Application for Mobility – Application Overview section of the Student Information System.

Selection Procedure

The UP FAMNIT International Mobility Committee will evaluate applications. All applicants will be informed of the selection results in writing.

Funding Opportunities and Financial Support Documentation

Students who apply for Erasmus+ Mobility and are nominated by their home faculty will receive further information via their student e-mail account regarding the next steps, Erasmus+ funding, additional scholarship opportunities, language courses, and online linguistic support.

Please note that participation in Erasmus+ Mobility does not automatically guarantee Erasmus+ funding. Students must apply for financial support in accordance with the current call and funding rules.

Erasmus+ financial support is intended to contribute towards the costs of a Mobility period abroad and does not cover all expenses. The exact amount of funding is specified in the Erasmus+ Grant Agreement, which students sign after submitting the required application documents.

Students receiving Erasmus+ funding remain eligible to receive any national scholarship, Zois Scholarship, company scholarship, or other scholarship they may already hold. In addition to Erasmus+ funding, students may also apply for Additional Financial Support for Participants with Fewer Opportunities, including additional support for students with special needs.
