Student requests

Requests are divided into three groups. A student may submit a request related to a course, such as changing an elective course, completing obligations from a higher year, completing or removing additional study requirements, or changing the language of instruction for a course.

Within enrolment-related requests, a student may apply for enrolment in a higher year without having completed all study requirements, for an extension of student status or the “absolvent” period, for an extension of student status – “Year Plus” (for international students), for re-enrolment or repeating a year, for changing the language of study, or for obtaining consent for parallel enrolment.

Requests can be submitted exclusively via the ŠIS. For each request, it is necessary to provide justification and attach the required documents and evidence, as specified for each type of request. A short video guide and instructions for submitting a request have been prepared:
